3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

 

Manufacturer warrants the original consumer purchase (“consumer”) that his product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase. In case of a defect, manufacturer will replace the product. This limited warranty will then continue for the remainder of the original warranty period. This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from external causes such as abuse, misuse or acts of God. Replacement of the product is the exclusive remedy. Claims under this limited warranty must be made by RETURNING the product along with a copy of the dated sales receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase, name, address and check or money order payable to PolyClean Innovations in the amount of $6.95 to cover postage and handling to:
